1. Platform Ireland Beta(www.platformireland.ie) is owned and operated by Still Point Productions Ltd. By using this site you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to be legally bound by all the following terms you should not access and/or use www.platformireland.ie.

Platform Ireland reserves the right to change these terms from time to time. By continuing to use the site after changes are posted you agree to be legally bound by these terms as updated and/or amended.

2. All text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, trademarks, logos, sounds, music, artwork and computer code (collectively, “Content”), including but not limited to the design, structure, selection, coordination, expression, “look and feel” and arrangement of such Content, contained on the Site is owned, controlled or licensed by or to Platform Ireland, and is protected by trade dress, copyright, patent and trademark laws, and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws.

You may not use any “deep-link”, “page-scrape”, “robot”, “spider” or other automatic device, program, algorithm or methodology, or any similar or equivalent manual process, to access, acquire, copy or monitor any portion of the Site or any Content, or in any way reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the Site or any Content, to obtain or attempt to obtain any materials, documents or information through any means not purposely made available through the Site. Platform Ireland reserves the right to block any such activity.

You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion or feature of the Site, or any other systems or networks connected to the Site or to any Platform Ireland server, or to any of the services offered on or through the Site, by hacking, password “mining” or any other illegitimate means.

You may not probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Site or any network connected to the Site, nor breach the security or authentication measures on the Site or any network connected to the Site. You may not reverse look-up, trace or seek to trace any information on any other user of or visitor to the Site, or any other client of Platform Ireland, including any Platform Ireland account not owned by you, to its source, or exploit the Site or any service or information made available or offered by or through the Site, in any way where the purpose is to reveal any information, including but not limited to personal identification or information, other than your own information, as provided for by the Site.

Platform Ireland will not be liable for any damages, including indirect or consequential damages, or any damages arising from use or loss of use, interruption of business, loss of data or profits, whether in contract, negligence or other tortious action, arising from or in connection with the use of platformireland.ie

10. Platform Ireland does not warrant that functions contained in platformireland.ie content will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected, or that platformireland.ie or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs.

RSS feeds

11. RSS feeds of platformireland.ie content are provided free of charge to individuals for personal and non-commercial use only. Use of platformireland.ie RSS feeds for commercial purposes or by non-profit organisations will require the prior agreement of platformireland.ie and you must first contact the Director of Platform Ireland. By downloading a platformireland.ie RSS feed, you acknowledge that platformireland.ie does not accept any liability for its RSS feeds, and that platformireland.ie is not responsible for the content of external Internet sites

Intellectual Property

12. You acknowledge that the content including but not limited to video, audio, audio-visual, text, images and logos identifying Platform Ireland or third parties and their products and services are subject to copyright, design rights and trade marks of Platform Ireland and/or third parties. You are not permitted to use any trademark, patent, design right or copyright of Platform Ireland, or any other third party without the prior written consent of Platform Ireland or the third party.

Third Party Sites/Links

13. Platform Ireland is not responsible for the availability or content of any third party websites or material accessed through the platformireland.ie site. Platform Ireland does not exercise any control or supervision of content of these linked sites.

10. platformireland.ie does not endorse, and shall not be held responsible for any content, advertising, products, services or information on or available from third party sites. Third party sites linked through platformireland.ie are not covered by these terms and conditions.

General

14. If any provisions of these terms and conditions are found to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country in which these terms are intended to be effective, then to the extent and within the jurisdiction in which that term is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and the remaining terms shall survive, remain in full force and effect.

15. These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ireland.
